Default Need help with setup!

HI guys! I am new to the forums, but from what I have read on here you are all more than willing to help a brother out. So here goes. I drag race my DS often in the summer, and I was wondering if any of you could help me out with my setup. I race 300 feet in sand on flat surface. I can bet everything but a yfz 450 they get me out of the hole and beat me by half quad or so. I run 18 in. razr2 and take of in 2nd. Also my DS is piped, jetted, and K&N airfilter. All with stock gearing. Hope I covered everything.

I do the same to in the summer check out my picks, also my set up for last year drags was this quad slammed, maxis 4 snows , 14/40 those 18s I would think bring your gearing down to a 15/ 40 front or close to it. I'm also running a tm45 and rwr cdi I ran 1 yfz last yr. did not have any trouble but he was on my heals, I'm a big dude to 6'3" 260. if you have any question please ask!
do you have trouble keeping the front down? if so soften the rear shock almost all the way and strap the front. you will be able to launch at 5-6 gs w/ no prob.

Thanks for the responses. I already have it slammed to the ground, I put the 18 in tires on to give me more push out of the hole or so I that. I will try the paddles and the gearing thanks again.

I'll go out tomorrow and snap a few shots of my toys, and then post them.
