you didn't answer the question, if you place it on the wrong shaft- it will sieze the gears up and the bike won't start! Now which shaft did you put it on the upper or lower ? And if you want some help diagnosing the problem than post some good clear pics of the the gears installed before you take them out and after you take them out.

the washer should be on the lower shaft just after the little collar and gear, just to be clear... Don't put it on the upper gear that connects to the starter motor, it goes on the shaft below that one. Get the pics to us

 

Major is saying that you should have reinstalled it like this Correct washer and sleeve installation Is this how your was installed?

You really do need to take pictures and post them. If you can't post them send them to one of us and we can post them for you.

 

hi guys. today i opened the starter cover and put out the clutch sparg and i saw it the spring wire broke . the technician has told me i need to replace flywheel hub and the starter gear
starter gear was in a good condition but couldnt take any risks anyway what do u say guys ?
about your picture eaglecollector i installed it like its in the pic.

if everything else looks good than just replace the sprag clutch. Inspect the flywheel for excessive galling where it installs on the crank and inspect the woodruff key, I imagine you bike has made some awful noises and some of the parts may be damaged.
