some one told me that i have to buy the part manber 11(hub ) 12 ( free wheel)
and 15 (free wheel)
can you help me WHIT this thing ?!!?!

#11 is your Flywheel Hub
#12 is your Clutch Sprag
#15 is your starter gear

When you try to start your DS. Does the starter just make a spin sound? If it does it could be your Clutch Sprag OR it could be the bendix spring on the starter is week and you may need to replace the starter.

What makes you think you need a new starter gear? have you taken the motor apart and found teeth missing on the starter gear? There should be 61 teeth [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

Why do you need a new flywheel hub? It just basically houses the clutch sprag. Is it damaged?

Before you buy parts. Tear it down (or have someone do it) and see what parts you really need.

 

2 week ago my ds wont start. it was maked a spin sound . when we open to see what hapend we saw a part teeth missing but the starter gear was in great condition . so i buy new Clutch Sprag and install it . after that i dont hear the same sound but was anadder sound difrent . but was able to start my ds again .
3 days ago i wantted to start my ds but i heard the same sound like 2 weeks ago and i cant start it .....
i went to grage and he say to me to put anew Flywheel Hub and Clutch Sprag again and starter gear and now it works good .
what i shold do ??

 

pull the parts out, take pictures of them and post them where we can see them. Did you put the thin washer on the upper or lower starter gear shafts?

 

the thin washer came with the starter gear ...... yes i put it....

 

Wow....that gives me an ice cream headache.

 

It may be that since you broke a tooth on the starter gear before that you didn't get all the fragments of that broken tooth out of the motor. And it or they have caused you to break another tooth or just got into the clutch spag and tore it up. Any time you experince broken parts in that deep. You need to completly tear the motor down and wash and clean EVERYTHING.

my starter gear is in gret condition , no broken tooth .
aboute the #15 starter gear i will check it .
i need to buy anew #11 Flywheel Hub ??? or like i did before #12 Clutch Sprag to buy anader one ???

 

I wouldn't buy anything until you pull it apart and see what is wrong / broken.
The clutch sprag should fre wheel when you turn it one way. And then try to turn the motor over when you turn it the other way. If it won't try to turn the motor over then Yes it is bad.
Don't just replace it though. Find out why it went bad. My GUESS is that it has something to do with the left over material from the broken starter gear from before.

You won't like this part but when ever you have metal shavings of any kind in your motor your in for future problems. You really should completly tear down the motor and wash and clean every oil passage. Remove the oil pumps clean out the cavity there. Blow compressed air through everything. You may think you got everything the first time but if you did then you prolly wouldn't be having the same problem again.
