Default Outlander Max Vibration

I have about 85 miles on my 05 Outlander Max XT and since new I have been concerned about a vibration that really starts getting noticable at about 30mph. Its an ossilating vibration that increases in frequency as speed increases. It does fade out somewehat at top speed which is about 50-55 mph on the wave slope with no passenger. A front tire also seems to be out of round or balance beacuase the bars shake a little (especially on paved surface). Do they balance ATV wheels? I also notice what sounds like an exaust rattle at slower speeds. I have only ridden a few other machines to compare to but one was another Outty and I don't remember the prominant vibration. Is anyone else having these issues? I expect that if I take it to the local delear they will tell me its just the way it is. The nearest good dealer is a half a days drive away. Thanks in advance for any help.
