Default 6.9 hours on the rebuild and all is good-

well I had it out today and have a total of 6.9 hours on it man this thing pulls even better thatn befor enow that I have the 175 main in it, but sometimes it will still sputter once or twice from 1/2 to full throttle, when I am really getting on it, but it only does it after i have been trail riding then all of the sudden i will kick it in the butt and that is when it does it, not all the time just once in a while, any suggestions? i checked my float level and set it to 10 mm cleaned everything out, anyone have any ideas? thanks fellas

What do your plugs look like? I think I'm running the same carb setups as you are but only running an endcap. You might need a larger main jet but not sure? Since you have all Mr HP stuff I would talk to Eric, he will know what you need with the other mods you have.

If I remember right when I only had a CT pipe & k&n, I was running a 180 main, clip at bottom needle position(5th I think) when I was at sea level and the bike ran perfectly, did not sputter, hesitate or too rich. Even when we rode at Sand Mt, NV (4,000') it still ran pretty good, just a little rich. This was the set-up I was givin by Randall at MR HP and I didn't have a hi comp piston or ported intake at the time. We also only ride in the sand so there's more pull on the motor - this may also make a difference, not sure.
