kenda klaw tires, what do you think ?

Do any of you have them and if so what is your opinion of them.
I am looking to get a 22" rear tire that will be used mostly on sand , but i cant use paddles as i now have to ride about 2 1/2 miles on tarmac then 1/2 mile of grass to get to the sand.
i see the klaws can be used directionaly depending on surface , also how many ply do you use and why.
