Most of the mini Taiwan type atv motors are derived from scooters. Nobody would be able to tell the difference between a 50cc and a 90cc. That being said nobody would be able to tell it was a 90cc with a 110cc kit installed. A piped and ported BigBore 90cc would flat out fly in that thing. You'd have folks trying to steal it next. I'm with fish. A good tawianese bike motor would do well. I know of a small atv that my friend has for his daughter that is only 50cc based off the exact design of the old honda's. Same motor actually, and it moves pretty decently.... they manufacture it in the 90 and 110 from the factory.

I've seen quite a few of these before. Quite frankly they are about the cheapest made things ever, but hey, the kids love em.
