Anyway i just put on my Big Gun Exhaust race series and my K&N air filter and jet kit. I also have my air box vented.I also have big gun rev kit. All this was on my 2003 DS650 baja. I was wondering what could i do to add more horsepower besides new engine or boring out the stock engine. I plan on doing alot to my DS over the next few years so make a big list if u could. Try to keep it in english i only know a little about specs for bikes.

2003 DS650 Baja maxxis razors, Big Gun full system race series exhaust, big gun rev kit, K&N air filter/ jet kit.

2002 Yamaha Warrior maxxis razors, dg front bumper, renthal handbars/grips, FX graphic kit/seat cover, DG swingarm guard, FmF powercorve 4 with powerbomb header.

The next thing I would buy if I were you would be a carb. Yeah, and go ahead and get the ported intake to go with it!

If your going to ride trails/dunes go with the TM45. If your a dragracer I would go with the 46HV Lectron! TM45 is a little cheaper!

I had the same complete package on my 03 baja that you have, but i could never get it dialed in properly. One thing you need to remember is dont mix and match parts. I learned the hard way by wasting alot of money. and having to start all over. Find you a good builder and stick with the one. All there parts are designed to work with each other. Carb and ported intake are a good choice becouse you said you wanted to upgrade with bolt on parts for now instead of going internaly. There are several different carbs to choose from like scoundrel said the tm 45 is a good carb. Then you have mrhp hv 46 and the hv48. Eric is the one doing my build this time. If you want some quick cheap power check into boondockers nitras kits . I saw it in the magazine the other day and i believe the whole kit was like 675 or so . good luck which ever way you go.
