Default New Toy

bought a brand spankin new CBR600RR today. Alls I can say is wow. First bike ever, no real experience besides a little dirt biking.

Just remember this, there is always gonna be that one vehical that thinks it would be funny to swerve at you just to see you out in the dirt. You have to watch out for yourself becouse the other vehicals dont give a hoot about bike riders. enjoy your new toy.

Be careful, It doesnt take just a second to be down for weeks. Indecision Kills, and

Congrats on your new toy. Be careful and take it slow. Spend decent money on your gear, helmet, jacket, boots, gloves. It hurts A LOT worse on the street, and the street is also a lot less forgiving, little mistakes a mutliplied 10x's on the street compared to the dirt....Keep the rubber side down and enjoy......[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

yeah be carful my, a truck hit my uncle on his motorcycle and he will not be able to walk again either so BE CAREFUL.....................

I've been riding the streets for years and the one thing I can attribute to my not having an accident is remembering something a old biker friend told me...." Son, ride like everyone is out to kill you" "Trust know one sees you even if they are looking directly at you" and " You are a window, ride as if you are clear".....Words that have been burned in my memory and more then once I have had close calls but remembering his words have kept me safe.......
