IMS Pegs and Heelguards work with Factory Nerfs?

IMS Pegs and Heelguards work with Factory Nerfs?
Does anyone have IMS Roll Fat Pegs with their heel guards and Baja X stock nerf bars? I installed larger (22") paddles and they rub....bad! I still want to run heelguards and the IMS Footpegs. Thanks.
