Has anyone played with mixing ethanol with race fuel?

From what I read it is not as corrosive on parts compared to Methanol. Supposedly with ethanol you don't have to flush the fuel line for storage. Obviously fuel consumption would increase.

 

You put the top end lube then you dont have to drain the methanol

 

you still have to purge regardless.....the methanol draws moisture and the oil or topend lube wont do anything about that. and also you never want to leave your gas on while running alky because of hydrolocking.... you can get to much fuel in the cylinder than when it fires you may bend a rod!
