Im looking for another toy and want to read up a little before i start spending the $$ . Looking for a magazine similar to Dirtwheels or ATV action etc .

Can anybody help. ???/ Google hasn't been much help and in New Zealand we are lucky to get the local newspaper at the bookstore .... .

I owned several Sea-Doo watercraft back in the late 90's. There are several PWC magazines out there but I never found them to be very useful in researching what to buy. Kind of like Dirtwheels. THose who advertise always end up at the top of the shootouts. For me I prefer to get all my information first hand from the people in the trenches who use these machines on an every day basis. THere is no better way to get that information than from a forum like this one. I know there are several PWC forums on the net. I would recommend searching around (Google search "PWC forum") and joining one or more of them. Use the search tools and ask lots of questions of other owners.

 

I agree magazine shootouts are not what they are cracked up to be. Your best bet would be to find a buddy who has one that will let you ride it. I am a huge sea-doo fan and have owned a xp limited, gsx limited, and a gtx limited.

 

Look for Watercraft World. You can find them online at www.watercraftnews.com

That is who I would recommend.
