Question on exhaust!

I personally own a FMF Titanium-4 and am extremely pleased with its power gains and most the difference in weight. Also I have been extremely lucky and fortunate that somehow I did not have to mess with jetting any whatsover as after riding for half an hour with the new pipe the plugs were a perfect tan color, but if you're looking for a cheap alternative to a full system the endcap is a great idea and for the price is unbeatable.

That end cap is for me. Does it require a change in air flow as well or just jetting.

There are lots of different tips out there, some better than others for different reasons. There are many MANY posts on this forum that refer to End Caps and Tips. Some are open tips, and others have more bells and whistles. I think everyone would agree that the most popular End Caps out there increase horsepower by between 1hp and 2hp. But the torque increase is the really good thing about these end caps. You'll want to study up on restrictions (if any - i.e noise levels and spark arrester req) before you buy an end cap. There are dyno charts available for many of them too.
I suggest doing a search on END CAP to help out.

Hey Sam,what kind of gains did you achieve with your tip? The hp tip sounds great except for one thing, noise! I kind of like the idea of being able to choose different options depending on which type of riding im doing.

over stock, it causes a strange occurrence called perma grin its well worth it. like said it only ads a couple hp on top but torque is the big gain and thats what throws you back in the seat. now I can only comment on the 5" supertrapp I made but I'm sure the 4" is similar in the power delivery as wildcard said. plus you can always doll up the stock can like I and others have if needed.
