Yea crazy is right that 100$ cdi cost me 400$ more dollars! Then they said its my fault and they take it back thats it.

 

The $400 Alba CDI is a re-labeled Ron Woods or similar, the $100 alba CDI is a procomm. (To the best of my knowledge.) Unless they sold a few of the $100 CDIs for $400 - that sounds like something someone might do to boost their pocket book. Considering there were a few procomms out there early on that did the kickback thing, perhaps they took you for the extra $300. For better customer service on the cheap CDIs I'd suggest going direct to Procomm, I have heard their customer service is really good.

 

I have a Big Gun and as of yet have not had any problems what so ever.

Yes the Big Gun CDI is built by Procomm however it is built to the exact specifications that Big Gun asks for. They are not your typical Procomm unit. Doing this is very common much like unknown TV names and unknown computer names have someone like IBM or Sylvania make their units and then turn around and sell them under their own name......

 

It sounds like someone is having a sale on re-badged Procom units to me. I wonder why they are selling them at dealer cost .... hmmmm.
