msrp for the red max xt is 13999 CA, pretty sure thats more than like a 1000CC Mach Z sled, man the prices on toys is just getting out of hand, nowonder the average age for sled riders is like early 40s and atvs probably isn't that much lower, sure makes it hard for kids my age to get into the sport

True, I still plan to buy a red std model as soon as I can get my hands on one.

The two mdls I thought a bit hard to swollow are the std XT camo @ 9800.00 bucks and the XT MAX at over 10 grand. That has to be the most expensive ATV on the market.

No. not to me. I have other things that I want to do to it for that 800.00. First thing is to get some nice looking rims and a custom exhaust. If I should ever want to add a winch, I prefer the 3000# Ramsey with remote, rather than the 2500# Warren. I like the looks of it better without the extra bumpers.

Yea, but the Polaris gives you decent radial tires and aluminum wheels for that price.

The BRP 800 also has radial tires and alum. whs. as std equipment. The BRP wheels just do not look very good.

I would rather have the extra 40+ cc's and better suspension than the pretty wheels. I can add nice rims easy and just a few hundred bucks but change the suspension and get a Big bore kit added to the polaris and you are talking about a couple of grand.

Wow, that 800 Outlander is pricey! For the price of the two seat Outlander you could get a two seat Yamaha Rhino. And for equal price I would prefer to be able to sit side by side with the wife, ... if I were in the market for a two seater. The Rhino is only something like six inches wider, has tons of storage behind the seat, and looks better, but wouldn't be as fast. How fast do you want to go when riding double?

I personally think the Outlander is overpriced.

Katoom.
