Default 19.8 hours on rebuild and-

all is still wonderful, I did put a stock ebdcap back on because I am gonna do some hare scrambles and the the rules state I have to have a spark arrestor and a 96 db limit, so I put the stocker back on put a 165 main in, filed the plastic washer on the needle so the needle would stay straight in the slide, set my airsrew at 3 1/2 turns out took it for a ride and it rode good but there was a just a very very very slight amount of hesitation when rolling in 2nd and 3rd gear and cracking it open so I turned my airscrew to in to 3 turns took it for a ride and WOW this thing still rocks, what a blast, the only other thing I plan on doing right away is putting a 14 tooth on and getting 22's when my razor's wear out, oh yeah I am switching to amsoil synthetic tomorrow I broke it in with castrol, any suggestions?

Switching to Amsoil synthetic is a good idea. Personally I prefer Redline but I've used Amsoil synthetic in the past because it's more readily available.

Switching to a 14T will get you off the line a bit quicker but you will suffer in overall MPH even if you use 22" tires. I believe you primarily ride trails so maybe top speed is not much of a concern..... ...LOL

I dropped my oil today and it looked like honey nice and clear after 9.8 hours not one shaving in the oil plug magnet on the motor and nothing on the plug in the tank and the screen was spotless also
