Try bringing your RPM's up to around 5K with the clutch in. Get up on the gas tank like your getting ready to make love to it.

Drop the clutch and pin the throttle when its time to go. If your front end stays down when you launch and you don't have to get off the gas to keep from going over backwards, try 6K RPM's on your next run and so on.

Lowering the front end by backing out the preload on your front shocks helps tremendously in keeping the front end down as well.
