My opinion, Boondocker 25 hp. simple to hook up, no fuel pump to worry about, less weight.

Ive done a lot of research, and seen both Holly and Boondocker. I cant think of a better Nitrous system than Boondocker.

Yep it will work on the 800 with no problem.

I will be running the Boondockers on the Spiderbike after Sandfest in Sept. I'll let you know what I think of it!

The boondocker is easier but no way in ---- is it better than the Holley/NOS systems, not even close!! I wont get into why because I would be typing for hours. It's all in what you want to do with it. For what its worth, the NX systems are the Cats meow!

Demon,

I'd love to hear why you think the Holly NOS is better. I've seen one NOS fire and several others that have leaned out and caused engine damage with that system.

The fire problem was probably either due to bad installation or bad tuning like the others that got burt up. I completely agree NX is above all the best quality and hardest hitting setup I have ever tried. Lots of people love the boondocker, but it makes me nervous, a friend of mine and I were discussing some setups, and he called boondocker talked to a couple of different people who agreed they didn't have a clue on his setup, and said they had never even heard of lectron. I dont like the design of their system, it may be old fashioned, but I like having control of all the little stuff myself. When it comes that time NX will be on mine.

The NOS fire I saw was the Holly fuel pump failure due to a wiring problem. It could have been due to install, but all those wires leaves me concerned. As far as the carb is concerned, as long as your carb has a float bowl, the boondockers will hook right up. Personally, using the carb as a "gate" makes a lot of sence - some might call this old fashioned, but a simple design like that takes a lot of risk out of the system is a huge plus - especially when it comes to NOx.
