Default Intake allen screws

Is there any tricks to getting the allen screw out that is on the top of the intake without taking off the motor mount. Its to hot so i am planning the dissassembly inside the house where its a frosty 70 degrees. The bike wont fit through the door so im gonna have to do it in the garage.

You have to use one of those ball tip allen wrenches so you can angle it as you unscrew it.

Ball end allen.

If that doesn't work. . . take the bottom two off and then with a rubber mallet hit the bottom right of the intake on an upstroke. That should be enough to knock free the allen.

I have craftsman ball end allen wrenches and I had to buy a cheap ball end set from walmart to fit the angle for the single screw, for some reason the ball end on the craftsman did not allow it to work, but the cheap allen wrench works great on it, go figure

Dang you guys are good, thanks for the help. Last time i removed the motor mount, loosened the front ones, tilted it forward still did not work. ended up bending the crap out of the motor mount so i could get it out of the way so i could get to the intake. Let me see last time 2 and a half hours, this time two hours laying on the couch and 15 minutes to pull the intake off This is one of those priceless commercials. thanks again
