Default Down on torque

I took my DS in to be dyno tuned recently and on the first pull we were seeing some pretty low numbers for the mods I've got. After some tuning and swapping out of intakes we got the HP up around 56-57 but he said the torque is still down around 35 ft/lbs!! I would expect toque to at least be in the mid 40's with the HP#'s we are now getting. What can cause torque to fall off? Not enough back pressure? His dyno is the same as the one MrHP uses.

DID YOU EVER HAVE THE BIKE DYNOED BEFOR? WHAT CAMS ARE YOU RUNNING? WHAT EXHAUST ARE YOU RUNNING? CAMS OR EXHAUST CAN HURT TORQUE. ALSO COMPRESSION CAN BE AN ISSUE.

First time on the dyno. Here is what is on it.

HR3 cams
14:1 HPR piston with thicker gaskets to run pump gas.
Lectron 46HV with MrHP ported intake (no airox)
CT full exhaust (16 disks)
Vortex CDI (set on #1)
15/40 gearing

MRhp may be the one to answer that, mine made mid-low 50s the last time. What kind of dyno was it?

I wanted to feel for you bro, but then I took alook at that 69 karo in your pics, and now I cant bring myself to give a **** about your measly little problems!

LOL! ok, just kidding(really nice car dude) You have the same proble all Stage 3 quads have, good HP and hardly any bottom end. That is why they invinted the high-compression piston is to put the Torque back in the motor after going to aggressin top-end cams, You took out the compression to run pump gas, and when you did that you youtok out your engines torque.

I bet your quads still runns really hard up top though!

Bigger.

What compression are you running? According to Randall the guy doing my dyno tuning uses the same exact dyno as HPR.

Which place in town did you go specifically?

Adrenaline's dyno is very stingy. . .but, I think he does a very good job with tuning.

The dyno at West Coast ATV is the one I think you used (Ship to Shore???) I think that's the same one HP Research uses??? I think the numbers on that dyno are a bit over-stated from what I've seen but, nothing more than other dyno's I've heard of.
