compression in '03 Outlander

compression in '03 Outlander
I bought one of those CD manuals on Ebay, but I can't find what the compression should be at. Anybody have a ballpark number?
P.S.- My outlander does about 52 mph, which is plenty fast. But is this normal for a stock machine. I've read some posts where some guys are saying they get over 60 mph? Just wondering.
