I guess I owe an apology for cussing the Lectron 48. Ive have it running excellent now. Due to my inexperience on tuning this carb I over looked a few things. Turns out most of my tuning problems were due to the fact that the throttle wasnt opening up all the way due to the set screw in the throttle housing vibrating in and not allowing the carb to open all the way up. (Thanks Jed for pointing it out). Once I got it working right tuning was much easier. Im a little embarrased about it but somtimes you just dont see the simple stuff. Now the bike is a rocket and Im happy with the whole set up. Thanks to all who have helped me out on this. and all the guys that helped me out at DS days. I had a great time, apple pie an all!
