Loofer, i think i may have seen you up there at dyracuse before. I use to ride a 300ex and we rode w/ like some warriros, bansheees and that. I belive i saw you back by the MUD PITs or whatever those water holes are back in the woods. You were riding wheelies w/ the 350x. If i remember correctly you are a big guy and the 350x is very loud?

Hey guys~
I'm bringing this week old post back to life with a queston for all Wisconsin DS owners. Did you have any trouble registering your DS in Wisconsin? I have heard they are too wide and couldn't be registered as an ATV. Could somebody clear this up for me? Also, 300exSTER, I ride at BRF/Millston quite often. It is the closest public trails to La Crosse. Also, where exactly is Dyracuse and what kind of riding do they have there? I've never even heard of it!

WI yeah those trails are really cool. Have you ever seen a Ds up there at brf or millston before? if you have it was prob me, because only a few ride there. Yeah the ds was hard to get registered under wi laws. I had to turn the rear rims around to shorten the rear width. Then i went to the front of the machine and lifted the tires completly off the ground and lightly set it back down, it made the mark, but only by a few inches .

we should ride sometime, i'm going to be up there every weekend i'm not racing

It took me two and a half months to get my stickers. Normally it would take a month. I have seen 3 different DS's up to BRF. The only time I have had a problem with the wideness is when you go by a moron riding down the middle of the trail. Dyracuse has a Supercross and mx track. Also prob. 10 miles in trails. They hold some races there too. Later
