New rules in our club state a tether kill switch must be used at all times. I got one but am a complete knumbnut when it comes to electrical stuff. I have the manual but the skematic is Greek to me. I thought I saw it said blk and blk/wht but I dont see those in the cluster behind where the the headlight would be.
The kill switch I have is made where all I have to do is locate the two wires, plug them onto the new harness and plug the new harness in the cluster. Then mount up the switch.
Anyone know what wires to use?

 

Follow the wires coming from the on/off switch on the bars. As they come in behind the light they will split off in different directions. One of the wires coming from the on/off switch will be black/white and then plugs into another color, sorry can't remember what one. Anyway, I unplugged the black/white and shoved the wire from the kill switch into the black/white socket and then replaced the wire I took out of the plug forcing both into the same plug hole. Worked perfectly.
