I hope I got the jetting right. I can't remember if the needle setting was counting from top down or bottom up. I guess I will find out tomarrow in Athens. The pipe sounds great here in my shop. The next one I get for my other DS will be the chrome one. The silver ceramic looks good but chrome would be better.

 

Well I added three more photos. one rear abd two side views. The pipe is excellent. Quieter than the end cap, but sounds good. My bro dosn't complain about headaches now. I'm usually in the front!!!!!!!!! Pulls all the way through, and he noticed a big diffrence on his stock bike, stock carb. I think the only thing he has on that bike is a k&n. He'll probably chime in later. Glad I spent the money. I wish I would have taken the end cap off to see how much louder it would be. Countryjoe will let me know if it is to loud. lol. Thanks for posting the picture naturalite. I wish I had wiped the water spots & dust off of my pipe before you took those last three pictures after we got back today.LOL

I like the deep sound of the pipe. It's quitter than the billet end cap & not deaffing like the ugly stick. Have not tested it without the disk end cap. I installed the Top Gun pipe on my stock DS. It' only has the K&N filter, Top Gun exhaust & new jetting. The jetting I was given was a big surprise. Wow that thing just kept pulling from bottom to top. It's time for a new clutch now on the stock DS.

Naturalite on can run Top Gun exhaust with out the disk end cap. I will have another Top Gun pipe coming for other DS that has more HPR parts than just a pipe. I won't have to worry about the sound, you just look out for the roost. LOL

I hope to have some dyno #'s soon for the Top Gun pipe, will post pictures & or info.

CountryJoe..just curious, but what was the jetting recommendation for the stock DS. Also, I guess its fair to say your pretty happy with the power increase?

It was $40.00 each to get them ceramic coated.

 

got the call from randal a couple weeks ago and he offered a pipe that needed coating or wait a little longer and there would be a polished one available (i'm a sucker for bling!!) soon i hope to have it. i guess i better find my stock head pipes and get them cleaned up, now what pile of stock parts would they be hiding in?

 

I want to see someone dyno the stock pipe with the disk set-up from on-dunes vs. this new slip -on.

What is the price for the top gun slip-on including coating???
