carb settings

Hey all along time ago i added 22 inch tires on the rear and it was pretty bad for how much speed i lost so i went to a 15 tooth front...still not the same i then modified my endcap and that gave me a nice bit more...then went up a tooth on the rear sprocket added a yoshi pipe, 172.5 main, airbox snorkles outside of box along frame and can still not pull the rev limiter like it did stock. I had my modified air box lid on during my speed runs and then took it off, put the stock 1 back on and moved the tubes out from under the gas tank and that gained a tiny bit more top speed. I no i can pull higher top speeds than i did stock...i pulled 73mph stock and am now doing 77-78 mph on the gps. Any ideas on the carb set up that might be a tad bit wrong. The air fuel mixture screw is 3.5 turns out im running a 172.5 main with a yoshi pipe, stock airbox with snorkles outside and 1 clip leaner than stock on the needle. Would a aftermarket carb, ported intake, and new rev limiter...for what it helps, help me pull top speed better?

from what i have read on here the lectron carbs are great for dialing in that good top end you want. the tm45 is very appealing to me because i hear that is a great trail carb. i hardly get past third. check the whats in your garage thread. there are some guys with aftermarket carbs in their garages.
