Default Just puchased Two 400 outlanders

New to the forum, but I read a lot of the information here before making my decsion to purchase a couple of 400 outlanders. I used to own a Honda Forman 400, which I liked but I thought for the money these had several more features. My question for the group is, I plan on taking these for there first spin on Friday. I'm wondering what the break in procedure should be? Also, any things to look out for on these 05 bikes? Thanks for any information in advance.

That is how I did it. Both with my Outlander and a motorcycle I had.

The Outlander is my favorite Utility quad I've owned yet. The only thing that I don't like on the Outlander 400 is where the gas guage is located. It is on the rear left fender, so you need to look behind you to see how much fuel you have. Also the plow setup on mine is a little hard to get the plow attached, but it looks like they updated that already.

Well we rode last Friday, what a gas. Rode at a rv park I had never been to before, right out of the shoot we took the most extreme trail in the area. Not intenially but we did, these things really climb. I had forgotten how much fun atv'ing can be, been riding the Harley most of the year. Look forward to elk hunting at the end of the month. Curious as to the least expensive place to purchase a winch and what type?
