I read some past posts but it wasn't totally clear on this topic.

Will on 00 Swingarm Bolt fit an 04 swingarm?

Ouch... that bolt is rather pricey. Another on to get list.

One thing you have to remember is that you dont only have to be concerned about the swingarm diameter but also the hole that the bolt goes through on the frame. Just a reminder. That is the reason why we decided to go with the custom bushings. Now, I was going from an 01' bolt to an 04 bike. Hope this helps.

ANyone had any problems? I did put the bolt thru it seems like it clears the bearings but not the bushing. If it's too much hassle I may just stick with the 00 model swing arm. Just wanted to lighten up and make that front end come up a tad easier (on Demand).

So what you are saying is you are putting an 04 swingarm on an 00 DS? If that is the case just remove the bearing from the 04 and replace them with the 00 bushings and it will fit. Keep in mind you have to change the caliper mount as well.

Air is that what you did? The Caliper mount from the 00 model will transfer over to the 04?

The mount is different. The pin on the swingarm is in a different location on the 04 then on the 00-03. So you must replace it.
