Didnt you say its only from 3rd to 2nd? Sounds like that stop effects every downshift, not just 3rd to 2nd. Still could be something else, but I do remember a thread you started with pics of you jumping although I couldnt view them for some reason.

 

The place I ride I can only get it in 3rd, there isn't enough room to get into 4th.......
