as far as i could find out when i was looking to buy one was the price..

they have almost all the same measurements and opening width's

i could be wrong since i have never dynoed them together...i went with the kit with end cap, jetting, and K&N with perfilter

saves a little cash

What is with the huge price difference? I could see them both being about the same price?

There are allot of reasons why theres a cost difference. Only some of the reasons could be their supplier, sales volume, bulk material costs, overhead and profit margin. Why does one Bombardier dealership sell their quads for a different price then another? Usually it has to do with sales volume and supply and demand. One sure way to drive the cost down is not to purchase the more expensive item only for the name sake. The lack of sales will drive the price down because the seller has to pay for the space it takes up as well as taxes on the inventory.......

Personally I always felt a product was worth a little additional cost if customer support responded quickly.

My 2 cents.
