Scatterbrain,

If you'll buy the first batch then I'll make at least two batches (1.5 gallon each.) The best price I can find on EverClear is about $13.99 or $14.99 (I can't remember) at BevMo with their club card, then a couple of gallons of Juice, some cinnamon sticks, honey and brown sugar.

I was thinking of trying to make something similar but Pumpkin Pie flavored - I have yet to take the time to see if it works though. I wont be experimenting with whatever I bring to Glamis, I'll leave the experimenting for home!

I think I would like to arrive some time on Friday and leave on Monday ideally. I think for Sunday's racing I'll just stop by for about 30 minutes at a time here and there to see where everything is at - trying to hang out at the hill to watch it all just wears very, very thin.

To spice things up we should have some Saturday night drags! (Then come back early for some apple pie!)

BlackHawk, I was just out on base picking up a few items for next weeks trip to Dumont and stopped by the Package Store. We have Clear Spring Grain Alcohol 190 proof, not that wimpy 180 stuff, for $9.99 a fifth, or 750ml, don't guess their called fifths anymore. It's tax free so a $10 bill will get it out the door. I'll donate one bottle to the cause for MLK weekend and if anybody else wants me to pick them some up for their home stashes for this price just let me know and I'll bring it along.
Can't wait to try your recipe on for size. See if I can relive some of those days back in the 70's and 80's when the friends and I called it Always Fuzzy, instead of EverClear. It went great with Dairy Queen's Cherry/Pineapple 7up.

If anybody is heading to Dumont the 16-21 and wants some then, let me know. Otherwise I'll see ya'll at 4SW's.

There is a slim possibility I will make it. Most of you from DS days will recall the only way I got out there was to beg, barrow or steal everything I needed to get out there. My quad was the only thing I actually owned !..

Sometime between January 1st and March 1st I will be purchasing a Motorhome and trailer but until then I'm back to theivery...Bahahahaha...
