JkAss, I would look at it this way.....my way of sorting out what to get. If I were to walk in a showroom to sign on a dotted line, it better be a machine that will last past the duration of the loan. If I had 5000 bucks or more to spend one time shot, it better last a long time. I picked the DS650 so it will last through my torture for years.

Now, if you have about $3500 bucks to spend on something used, get anything in that list....maybe not the blaster. This leaves you open to many quads to look for and the most importantly in the BEST CONDITION. Even a DS after 4 or 5 years of beating would not be worth $3500.

My brother has a pred with full yoshi system and filter and has never been beat by a craptor with the same mods.

i would go with the new ds250 myself. those things are really bada$$. i was reading they got like 3 inches of travel, 250 cc of blistering power, and weigh in at around 450lbs! plus all the good looks i can handle. jmo. hold on wait!!!!! ................. just get the blaster man. you will be better off in the end. those things top out at like 95mph. everyone on the yammy forum knows that.

"Predapus" LMAO, Thats a new one.

I wondered why he asked this in a DS forum, but like Ryan said, Ive never lost to an equally modded craptor. Granted, rider ability wins the race. I can ride. Preds are much more comfortable and handle 100 times better.

If you're looking to get a drag bike, get the DS. Ive piloted HARD1's buddys HPR built 800 quite a few times. Im keeping the Pred for the trail and getting a DS for the drags.

I have a Pred and I love it over the Rappy, Rappy is way too tippy. But if I had to do it again I would buy the Vforce 700
