Also from the looks of the dyno numbers....yeah, we know some will vary from others...yada, yada, yada. But, what Im saying is that from what I can see is this. My bike dynoed in at 58hp on HPR's dyno. So if I were to throw the HPR 730 "drop-in" kit on my bike then I should pull 66-68hp, right? If not, then there is a fine line between horsepower against money spent. Lets elaborate. I spent plus or minus $1500 for a pipe, carb kit for 58hp. Add additional $1699 for 68hp.....I dont see it happening.... Im getting confused...maybe somebody can help a brotha out,

8 to 10 peak h,p accross the band is pretty big...not to mention the torque u will pick up.....once u start getting above 50 h.p (True) horsepower starts to get expensive...
as for the dyno numbers, i have seen the numbers change from 4 to 5 hp in a weeks span without any changes to the bike..some days it gives a generous offering, like if u had a 50 h.p. bolt on bike, it might give u 58., next day it could give u 48....they not very consistant.

Some of the best money that you have ever spent. But horsepower/cost ratio is worth the kit is the question,

The 730 was just what i needed and was worth every $$$.
Is it right for you though? You can get more HP for a simple NOS for less $$$ then the 730, but does that fit your ridding style? Or maybe a high strung stock bore would be better for you.
Where do you want your power? What kind of ridding do you do?
The great thing about HPR is that you draw them a power curve and they will build you a motor to match it.

I for one have raced choose several times. Even before the lightning began. Both are bikes are hpr bolt ons. The only difference is the pilots weight. He flat out beat me ever run. I even had a lighter pilot run my bike against choose during the first Clash. His bike still pulled mine in 300ft. With the lighter rider. Even though my pilot was probably 30lbs heavier than choose.
His bike is very impressive for what motor bolt ons hes has.
Yes his bike is alot faster now because of the lightning of it, but it was a runner from the beginning.
I would have put his full weight bolt on pig up against any in the country with the same mods.
