just had ds dynoed!!
just had bike dynoed three weeks ago have hpresearch race ported intake, lectron 4pj, hpresearch, hpr3 cams, shim under bucket new springs, ron wood cdi, 14tooth sprocket and at time new 20 kenda knarleys, big *****. had white bros pro meg e series slip on, stock header. max horsepower was 44. bike was dynoed at kenz cycle tech again today. i had kenda knarley 22s brand new, went up to 15 tooth sprocket, they installed new ron wood complete exhaust only gained 2.5 horsepower max run was 46.5hp! max air fuel ratio was 17.5, this ratio was achieved between 10-18 horsepower then dropped to 14.0 and flat lined thru run!! what would be ideal???? their are no rpm readings on the dynojet evaluation! one side shows SAE horsepower, the bottom of the graph shows speed mph, the other side of the graph shows air|fuel ratio. the max horsepower was achieved at 55 mph , 46.5 horsepower! any input would be so helpful! are these numbers, normal for set up?

Wisetech is right. I would richen your metering rod a half turn (clockwise). This might force you to run a slightly smaller power jet to keep from running rich in the upper midrange. 17.5 is unacceptable. Good thing it isn't that at 7000 rpm on chokecherry.
You didn't mention torque curve. Richening up when you are that lean should bump up your torque curve which should lead to more hp. The knobbies are costing you some hp to.

Cloftus,
Definately get your A/F straightened out but I doubt that you will see much more HP then you have. The only items that increase HP are the intake, carb, cams and pipe. Now, Correct me if I'm wrong here but I believe the the HPR 3 cams are very aggressive grind and without other mods like higher compression and larger valves, you are way over cammed. This will result in loss of power in itself.
There are many who know way more then I do and hopfully some of them will post with the information you need to round out your arrangement and bring your HP up but it sounds to me like you need to bump compression and get some cams more suited to the build. You can also do a search and see what others have done in Stage 2 form to get the most horsepower.
Good luck
