Default whats the deal???

i need to replace my axel bearings. every catalog or website sells them for 2001 and up....?????? i have a 2000. i figure that i can use the 01 bearings but i want to be sure. i thought that they changed the carrier in 02. even though the carrier is a little different the bearings should be the same fit. anyway i could not find 00 ds axel bearings anywhere. i got a headache[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img] help a brother out[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

come on................nobody knows if 01 axel bearings will fit a 2000 beaaring carrier? or does anyone know where i can find a set of axel bearings and seals for a 00 ds?

Bombsaint i could be wrong but i dont think they changed the bearings.
The carrier and locknut yes,but im sure the bearings are the same.

ya know , thats what i thought but i just thought that it was weird that all the bearing companies and bearings for sale started at 01 and up.. i guess it is something i will never know. i will order the 01 bearings.

you should be able to go to your local bearing shop and get them --pervis bearing had them here

Yea take your old bearings with you and get them from a bearing store. I saved alot of money that way

I agree the cheapest way is thru a local bearing shop. If you don't have a local bearing shop then try ebay. Here is a link below.
