I understand that BRP has gotten so many orders for the 800 that the Rotax factory can not make enough engines. Rotax is going to use the same assembly line to make the 650 engiines, but they have to fill the 800 orders first.

Even 800s are getting hard to get. I'm waiting on my dealer to get me a yellow 800 Max XT.

One dealer I stopped at was short on all BRP quads, he said the 800's are going out whenever they come in which is one or two at a time with a waiting list. BRP underestimated the demand for the 800, started slow then took off. They did all the right pre release promotions etc......but should have pre produced more in advance of the press releases.

Now if they only jumped into the YFZ/TRX 450 category they would have a fairly complete line up.
