Im trying something different, instead of a Steel Sleeve 105mm cylinder, Im having a aluminum sleeve put in and having it Nikisiled to fit the pistion, from Millennium Technologies, cost is around $400.00 for the service plus you have to buy the piston and send it to them for fitting, Im so intrigued with this service that after I see there work and test the new top end that I will be willing to send all my ATV's cylinders to them.
(oh the reason for the Aluminum/Cylinder was that it would exspand at the same rate as the Aluminum around the the cylinder, hopefully less likly to get the egg shaping or the cylinder slipping I have heard about on Sleeved motors)

Or just do a search on the 730 kits

This sounds VERY interesting. I've heard of MT before, haven't had to use them. . . very interesting.

What's their price for a sleeve and coating? (Or I guess the sleeve is already coated?)

702- Looks like we will have a rematch when your done..lol

This could work... I have a few 105.5 jugs layin around that I might have nikisiled just to try it.

Sounds like it will work as long as the sleeve installer does the job right and the bore is straight.. And have you guys found the right piston yet? Let me know.thanks

They write that they have a LIFETIME warranty on the coating.

They charged me 400 for the bore sleeve and coating, waiting the cylinder to come in buy the Brown Van next week, Ill take pics then. FYI the Jug I sent had a a 702 bore, so I got a 12:5 to 1 102MM JE piston getting ready to sell really cheap, PM me if any one is interested.

Hey Mario,
You better try it out and if it works I will have to get one of your jugs, when motor build time comes around , I'll do the same . Were ther problems with sealing up the base or head gaskets on these type of builds?? Be a pretty good economy big bore for us poor folk.

Tom
