I bought a Craptor.

Oh, I guess I need to start calling it a Raptor now.

The price was right , cheaper than the DS's I found.

I'll always be a DS guy though.

So now, I guess I'll be getting rid of the few performance parts I've been hanging on to incase I had gotten another DS.

Did you get the 700?

Wife is looking to upgrade hers to the new model. Send me a PM with what kind of price you found.

Might as well let me know what parts you have laying around too.

Oh boy. . . this is going to cost me.

Congrats Al, lots of DS bubbas jumping ship lately but with good reason. Maybe this will be BRP's wake up call and they will deliver the Mother of all Quads in the next year ot two. I rode Ray's 700R down at Glamis a couple of weeks ago. Nice and agile but I looked like some kind of circus bear on a tricycle so I'll be sticking with the big boys toys.

Well, BRP, how about a V-Twin EFI 1000 with a light weight frame?

I know this has been going around for a couple years now but I was told, while I was shopping for a DS, that fuel injection would be on the Ds for a mid year release in july.

Hey Vegas, how does that Raptor ride? I have yet to ride a 700. Is it wheelie happy? I'll prob see you guys again at Dumont either May or November. Probabaly closer to November. Raptor 700 looks like they did it right this time. I give credit to Yamaha for being innovative.
