Supersonic, nice setup there. Just curious if you could post a few pics of your upper frame (if its still there) or has it been completely replaced with the "side support" frame rails? Also, where is your fuel cell (stock location but different tank obviously)? Thanks!! Just finished up mine but I'm trying to figure out fuel cell placement and was curious about your frame uppers.

would be glad to send you a pic but would rather just email it to you as my storage space for pics is almost full. PM me your email and I will send you a frame top pic. (3rd person today who wanted pics of the same area) the tank has to be hand made from the bottom up, piece by piece . can you tig weld aluminum? otherwise its at least a $500 job to have done (lots of hours)

Here is your image resizer!

Download this file and run it. After installation, when you right=click on a picture, you will get a "resize" option so you can easily shrink your photos. Its worked great for me and is super easy to use.

I think a matching yellow frame would look good.

yea, It looks like yellow is what its going to be. there arent alot of choices since the yellow plastic is kind of orange. seems like it will be alot of yellow though. I will probably do the a arms and swing arm in something different , not chrome though. maybe one of these new wild hammertones I have I have seen . chrome is to much of a disapointment. it scratches and rusts and is expensive and before long looks like it needs to be redone (been there done that) I almost bought new red plastic . I think 05 ds's had all red and its cheaper than I thought it would be but I kind of like old yeller and guess I will keep it that way. going to get some custom decals cut for it though maybe instead of where it says bombardier on the side I will put "Bombusa" or maybe "DSXR1300FI TURBO"

Candy red would look good. I dont know much about paint, but a friend used
an opal paint and it changes colors as you walk aroung it.

you would think red would look good with yellow but I did one red and yellow and it ended up looking like Ronald MCDonalds bike. besides that, the last bike I built about 2 months ago I did red
