Default 109's vs HP4's............

Ok, Here are two of the dyno runs. We did multiple runs with different snorkel lengths and powerjet sizes with both cams. These two dyno runs were the ones Dave Moore opted to post and give me access to. They vary some from the ones I informed everyone of last night but not by much.

Bike: Stock bore, stock stroke DS650 on alcohol. These two runs were at 20% NM apparently which is more than I told you last night but still fair conditions for the comparison. Klug race head, RWR 14:1 piston 37/32 valves, RWR CDI

The dyno run with direct carb mount filter was 58 hp on the 109's. This dyno run with the HP4's is also direct mount filter. I heard numbers last night with a 4" snorkel on both of 60 hp on 109's (this dyno chart) and 79 hp on the HP4's with 4" snorkel. So we do have a bit of mix and match of conditions. We are right at 20 hp difference on these two bikes.

They are under my photos as soon as my page is approved.......... Sorry for the delay!

Pics approved. Check out the dyno sheets in my pic page! I have never seen this dramatic of difference between cams.

Man, Thats sure weird... Did they do the cam change on the spot. What did they do, Make a pass with the 109s in 2nd gear and a 5th gear with the hpr 4s. 17 peak hp JUST on a cam change with all things being equal?.. It seems un-believable. Explain how. I just dont get it. And LIKE you said if all things are almost equall (just a cam change) I will buy a set of HPR 4s TODAY and have them overnighted. I should expect about a 20 hp inrease or at least 17 peak.. Thanks ds nut!!!!
