Once you have had a Outy 800, it will make you want to through rocks at that PO .

 

You say you will be mostly riding double, the the Outlander Max version (a real two-seater). The wheelbase is a few inches longer but it makes a big difference as far as safety goes when you climb up or go down a hill. It also leaves you with a lot more room on the rear rack for stuff. The weight difference is about 50 pounds. There is a 500cc, 650cc and 800cc version of the Outlander, all V-twin with EFI. Don't be fooled by numbers, the Outlander 500cc is actually faster and has more power than your current Polaris 600cc. The Outlander 650 will outrun most of the 700cc and 750cc from competition.
