I havnt called yet to confirm, but rumor has it that they are having 7-8 races this year... I found on a google search the # for a guy out in amargosa for the drags. Ill look it up again and give em a call. The last guy who we were trying to have put on a big race for the thumpers seemed buzy and did not get back to Bidaddy or myself we were kinda pissed about it. If you hear anything let me know. Ill keep you posted as well. Whoops found it.

Wind wasn't that bad until around 3:30pm.

Was beautiful this morning.

Weren't a whole lot of fast 4 strokes there.

My son on his 450r was one of the fastest.

we did have some problems Fri. night.

One of my buddies flipped his buggy with three passengers in it.

one guy had to go to the hospital because he wacked his head. 5 staples and a concusion.

And to make things worse, it was the guys first time to the Dunes.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

Im gonna call up the weather station and regulate. Everytime they say its gonna rain it dont!! Everytime they say the wind is going to blow it dont. And they say constant 35-35 mph wind and costed me a day at the dunes. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/img]

i'm not going to tell you there was no wind, it just wasn't constantly bad till later.

How do you like your new craptor?

 

No Dave was leading. it was Robbie.

3rd time out with it. He should never been riding at that speed at night. he's not eperienced enough.

I was next in line behind him on my quad. Luckily I left enough room between us and i din't follow.

The rappy is nice out in the dunes. Fires up no problem every time.

it's still totally stock, so it not very competitve on the hill.

A couple times, after getting my butt whooped, i ran back to camp to get Josh's R.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

We ended up leaving on Saturday. My DS still isn't how I would like it to be, I got beat by a craptor! Oh well, it's time for me to plug in my new CDI and work all off season on it. Unless I go by this sandcar that a friend is selling... [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
