alright , the rainbow bike is rolling once again. oil is pumping as with the water but the red light stays on, what now? also i found some slight bindage in the steering stem where the tie rods connect to it, is a little bindage safe? i stepped aboard the pig fired her up and had a flshback of pismo so i crawled off and had my neighbor do 2 small circles, well maybe it was a figure 8 my question is do i need to take this thing to a professional now to let them check it out?

 

Did you bleed your oil system? You also might want to check your oil sender switch, It may have gone bad.

 

yes sir, and i even looked inside of the oil tank and saw goog movement in there. water temp was at 150. what about that stearing stem?

 

My stem is is a little bent as well. AND has stress cracks[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]

 

kinda like my leg. is the dura blue eliminator axel really life time warranty and is it any good. they told me it had a lifetime guarentte , if i bend it they will replace it for free. nothing is free!

 

thanks beech, that sensor was bad.swapped it out the light went right off. i dont trust my handy work so im taking the bike to the shop for a check up. this pig has got me so gun shy i had my wife help me push it up in the back of the truck. i guess im a sissy.
