monkey is 100% correct on everything he said......there are ohter option beside the bypass and are covered by insurance and are fast and effective..

you could do the stomach ring...they put a ring around your stomach and shrink it down by pulling the ring tight...my friend just did thid and was working 2 days later and lost 26 lbs in 2 months..

by my calculations by what a person burns on an average day during his normal routine requires around 24 to 3000 calories a day to maintain the weight that they are. this is based on the average size person. i to also know some what about the nutrition side of body building and what i did not see mentioned was for one who is looking about going that route about an hour or so before you do work out you are suposed to cardo load. and then within an hour after your work out you need to take in so many grams of protien or your body will start to canibalize itself. basicaly all that hard work that you put in was for nothing. have you ever noticed that those big mfers as soon as they get done what they do. before they even leave the gym its a protien shake to keep your muscles fed one who diets will never keep the weight off. what alot of people dont realize is its a lifestyle change. alot peoiple take the weight off but as soon as the diet ends your 10 lbs heavier than when you started. it has been a proven fact that with proper nutrition and not working out a person can lose all the weight they want. also the drs, said by there books for my weight i should be 8 ft tall, but this all goes back to the average size person not taking into account of ones build the thickness of ones bones will blow that weight to height chart right out of the water. these charts were formed from an average group of people when back then the average size was about 5 ft,5in and 145 lbs. where now the average size person is around 5ft 10 iin up to 6ft 2in from 195 up to as high as 265.
