Default Pissing on my leg---->update-Blown engine?

The coolant is still a mystery to me....The engine locked up at 220 degrees F. The oil level was good, just became restricted I assume when the clutch came apart and plugged off the screen. The crank is still stuck in the case, it spun a bearing or something. The rod is also siezed solid to the crank. I don't know if I can save this one or not. It's almost back together now, just having some minor issues with place ment of certain shims or something, as the thing binds up when the cases go tight. The counter balancer is touching the crank, but thats not where the shims are mixed up. BTW I am using a spare crank and spare case, as I said before mine are still stuck together.

I give up. Fresh rebuild, everything is good and up to specs, but the damn thing still insists on pissing on my leg....at approx 160 degrees F even!.

Did you re-surface your head? If Not, it is most likely warped causeing the **** on. Been there done that.

Its not the head I'm almost sure. the gasket even showed signs of a total seal.
