ok.. after asking a few ?? and doing alot of searching on this very cool site, ive decided to get a ds 650x...
but i have to ask... with a tm45 carb. and intake plate a twin air power flow kit, and exhaust and cdi box
can i get 50 rwhp and around 40 ft. lbs of touque????? and i think i seen someone on here that dynoed
a 650 with and without the ignition box and there was no gains with it installed... and has anybody tryed
the mr. hp end cap(with the super trapp plates) and had good results???
thanx guys for all your help, just trying to get my head around all this stuff... oh, and save some bling....
cause i think im going to need alot of rear tires.....

Can't remember the HP's but, very good gains to be had with a carb, air filter and exhaust.
I don't think you'll see quite the gains with a supertrap as you will with the open end cap. BUT, that's just going by memory. . . I'm sure those that know will chime in.

I don't know much on the Mr HP super trap but I was running the On Dunes End Cap on my 05 DS and the gains from stock to it were well worth the money spent on it. Just my couple of cents for ya. Congrats on joining the bomb family.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

Just messin, good chice on the quad. Now I have some one to ride with, Now there is two DS650 in Wisconsin, That I know of.

I run the odp end cap on the 04 with a k&n in the box, 60 percent clutch springs I thought the gains were well worth the money. The springs seem to make the biggest difference. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

i've got the 3rd :-) its really the second weekend trails were open, there must have been 500 atvs down on rock dam trails, and i only say two other ds's i kind of like being unique

I made my own End Cap with Super trapp plates see pics, worked good too![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] but with an open end you pick up more power . I now run a Big Gun Exhaust now[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
