It finally heppened.... my boss, who is also one of my close friends and riding buddies, sat me down for a serious "talk" and told me I had to stay off the forums during the day.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] Its kind of wierd getting disciplined by one of your buddies, especially for something like this, but thats how it went down. It was not because I was not getting my work done... its because of how it looks to the other managers who I work with.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img] They seem to think that I'm being arrogant about getting my work done early and then spending the rest of my time on the forums... actually its no different than what they do, its just that as the "senior manager" I'm supposed to be setting an example... BS.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img] So between the hours of 8:00am and 11:00am I'm not supposed to be on the forums... oh damn its 8:25am right now and where am I... thats right folks on the forums... I cannot be stopped by any authority figure... well that and my boss is out of town and I'm the only one here.LOL I'll have to be super stealth when he gets back into town.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
