motor swap

Default motor swap
can i take my motor out of my 03 650 viper and put it in my 05 baja x? can i just swap motors or do i have to change a whole bunch of other crap?

Arent the motors for every year the ds has been out...the exact same ( the way they fit in frame)? Pretty sure any ds engine would fit right in like normal...

yes the motors are the same but i was wondering about the charging system since there is a slight difference in the electrical systems due to the extra lights on the baja and baja x.

Scott you should be fine, both motors have a 280watt stator.
