Default Ron Woods has come out with a Stage 1 and Stage 2 kit For the Outy 800's

Ron sent me an e-mail detailing the new kits. He is taking pre-orders for them now he is only making 50 kits to start with so ya better hurry if you are interested. Here is a cut and past of the price sheet he sent me.

ROTAX POWER AND RELIABILITY FOR OVER 25 YEARS

Bombardier-CAN-AM Outlander/Renegade performance parts

Intake System $468.00
The Wood-Rotax intake system consists of a cast aluminum intake manifold, gaskets, longer throttle cable, K&N filter and Precharger. This new manifold has a larger inside diameter and reroutes the throttle body to the left side of the engine, bypassing the stock airbox. While the stock airbox may be suitable for general riding, we have found it to be inadequate for high performance applications. Our system allows for much higher airflow, which in turn means more horsepower!
Race Exhaust $657.00
The Wood-Rotax complete race exhaust system has been specifically designed for the Outlander and Renegade to increase horsepower through the entire RPM range, especially the mid and top end power. Our design of larger headpipes and a true reverse cone megaphone and repackable muffler makes this possible. The exhaust is coated with a high temperature ceramic finish for durability and heat retention, and includes a highly developed thermal wrap to further reduce temperature under the seat and around the fuel tank. The Can-Am factory race team has been using our exhaust system with great success on the rigorous long distance off road races with no failures.
Fuel Management System $239.00
The Wood-Rotax interfaces with the stock ECU and the fuel injection nozzles. This allows changes to the fuel mixture for fine tuning of the engine after the exhaust and intake have been modified, similar to changing the jets on a carburetor. Simple to install, with complete instructions, it is a must with the Wood-Rotax Stage I kit.

Wood-Rotax Stage I Complete $1,364.00

I tend to take claims on perfomance parts with a bit of sceptasicm. I would take a number like they claimed and then expect at least half that kind of gain. That 75hp number was 31 hp over there stock number of 44hp, that 44 number is identical to the stock nubers I had on both my Outy 800 and my 800 max. So that 75 number indicates a 31hp gain. For me I would expect around 15-20 out of these kind of mods, and would be disappointed with anything less. However I would be very plesantly surprised if I actualy got the 31hp gain.
