other than the local dealership where might i be able to purchase that hard plastic piece that protects the swingarm from the chain. dont ask me how but mine is not on there anymore.

 

if i'm not mistaken I think its tm works that sells some but I am not sure if they have any for the ds.I have a ? 2big I was wondering does the sprocket hub need to be pressed on the axle.

 

yes it is suposed to be. but the first time i swapped out swingarms i thought you had to pull the sprocket hub and everything off to get the axel out. needless to say 2 hours later along with a small ball peen hammer i beat the hub off of the axel. but yes they are suposed to be pressed on and off. i will have to check out tm works. thanks.

2big2bfast I was looking on ebay and some guy is selling the complete swingarm with the protector on it maybe he will sell you the protector seperate
